Returns & Warranty: Lescolton®
6-Year Limited Warranty: Lescolton® devices purchased directly from our official online store are covered by a 6-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects or mechanical issues. Products purchased through third-party platforms or unauthorized sellers are not covered. Under this warranty, Lescolton® will cover all shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement of the unit.
6-Month Satisfaction Guarantee: This is a results-based satisfaction guarantee. If you have used the device for at least 120 days and are not satisfied with the results, you may request a return. For blonde hair, including strawberry blonde, as well as gray, white, or red hair, visible results may take longer because these hair colors contain less melanin. Therefore, for these hair colors, the device must be used for at least 150 days before a return may be requested.
Products returned under the Satisfaction Guarantee must be shipped in adequate protective packaging to prevent damage in transit. Cosmetic wear to the retail packaging from normal use is expected and will not affect your refund. However, if the returned device, cartridge, cables, or accessories arrive damaged, incomplete, or non-functional due to inadequate packaging by the customer, Elōs Me® reserves the right to deduct the reasonable cost of repair or replacement parts from the refund amount. Customers are encouraged to reuse the original shipping materials where possible and to insure the return shipment, as Elōs Me® is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit prior to receipt.
In all cases, the return request must be submitted within 6 months of the delivery date. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund.
30-Day Return Policy (Unused Products): If you change your mind, you may return your Elōs Me® product within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For returns due to withdrawal or change of mind, the original shipping costs incurred by Elōs Me® will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
RMA Process: All returns must follow the official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. To request an RMA, please contact hello@lescoltonglobal.com. Returns sent without an official RMA number and the corresponding shipping instructions will not be accepted.
Used Consumables: Cartridges cannot be returned once they have been used, unless they are defective. Where a device is returned under the Satisfaction Guarantee with a used consumable item, the value of the used cartridge will be deducted from the refund.
