Returns & Warranty: Lescolton®
6-Year Limited Warranty: Lescolton® products purchased directly from our official online store are covered by a 6-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects or mechanical issues. Products purchased through third-party platforms or unauthorized sellers are not covered. Under this warranty, Elōs Me® will cover all shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement of the unit.
5-Month Satisfaction Guarantee (Used Products): This is a Results-Based Satisfaction Guarantee. If you have used the device as directed for a minimum of 90 days and are not satisfied with the results, you may request a return. This guarantee expires 5 months after delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund.
30-Day Return Policy (Unused Products): If you change your mind, you may return your Lescolton® product within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please note that for returns due to withdrawal or change of mind, the original shipping costs incurred by Lescolton® will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds: Processed within up to 10 business days after the item has been received and inspected.
RMA Process: All returns must follow the official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process by contacting hello@lescoltonglobal.com. Returns sent without an official RMA number and specific shipping instructions will not be accepted.
Important Notice
Lescolton® does not sell products via platforms such as Amazon, AliExpress, Alibaba, or eBay. Products purchased from these platforms or similar ones are not covered by our 6-year warranty. We cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from counterfeit or imitation products purchased via these platforms.
