Returns & Refunds
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return your Elos Me & Lescolton product(s) for a refund of the purchase price. Please review the following details:
Our products come with a 6-month money-back guarantee, starting from the date of delivery. This guarantee applies exclusively to purchases made directly from www.lescoltonglobal.com.
To initiate a return, you’ll need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact Customer Care at hello@lescoltonglobal.com to request your RMA number. Upon confirmation, you’ll receive an email containing your RMA number, the warehouse mailing address, and shipping and packing guidelines.
After your return is inspected and approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be completed.
Note: When free shipping applies, our original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Third-Party Purchases (Refund Requests)
If you’ve purchased your Elos Me & Lescolton product(s) through a source other than www.lescoltonglobal.com and you’re seeking a refund, you’ll need to coordinate the return/refund with that source in accordance with their product return policy.
