Warranty & Returns
Elōs Me® & Lescolton products purchased directly from our official online store are covered by a 6-year limited warranty. Products purchased through third-party platforms or unauthorized sellers are not covered.
All products include a 5-month money-back guarantee starting from the date of delivery. Returns must follow the RMA process by contacting hello@elosme.com. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection. If free shipping was applied, original shipping costs will be deducted.
Shipping
All shipments require direct signature upon delivery. If a customer requests delivery without signature, responsibility transfers to the customer once delivery is confirmed.
Unauthorized Sellers
Elōs Me® & Lescolton does not sell on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, or similar platforms. Purchases made through such platforms are not eligible for warranty or refunds.
Use of the Site
By accessing elosme.com or elosme-lescolton.com, you agree to these Terms. The Site and its content are provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Site content is prohibited.

Any content submitted by users must be lawful and non-abusive. By submitting content, you grant Elōs Me® & Lescolton a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content. Elōs Me® & Lescolton reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion.

Elōs Me® does not sell products via platforms such as Amazon, AliExpress, Alibaba, or eBay. Products purchased from these platforms or similar ones are not covered by our 6-year warranty. We cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from counterfeit or imitation products purchased via these platforms.
