What is the relationship between Elos Me and Lescolton?
Elos Me has historically provided its proprietary technology, design, and manufacturing to various prestigious international brands, including Syneron, HoMedics, Tria Beauty, and Unilever-Iluminage. Today, we not only supply Lescolton Global but have also merged at the business level. In 2022, Elos Me and Lescolton Global joined forces to establish Elos Me & Lescolton, becoming a leading company in laser technology.
What are Elos Me’s shipping policies and options for delivery?
At Elos Me, we offer fast and free shipping on all domestic and international orders.
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
U.S. domestic orders: typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
EU domestic orders: typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
Rest of the world: delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on the destination.
Do I need to sign for my delivery? Yes. To ensure the highest level of security for your investment, all ELŌS ME shipments require a direct signature upon delivery. Why is a signature required? Our devices are high-value professional technology. Mandatory signature confirmation is the only way to guarantee that your package is delivered safely into your hands and not left unattended, exposed to weather, or at risk of theft in common areas or doorsteps.
What if I am not home at the time of delivery? If you are unavailable to sign, the carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS) will leave a door tag with instructions. You will typically have the following options:
- Reschedule: Arrange a new delivery date through the carrier’s website.
- Local Pickup: Request to have your package held at a secure official access point or local office nearby, where you can collect it at your convenience by showing your ID.
- Alternative Address: We recommend shipping to your place of work if you know you will not be home during delivery hours.
Can I waive the signature requirement? No. For insurance purposes and to comply with the Payment Protection Policy, we cannot authorize deliveries without a signature. This policy is in place to protect both the customer and the integrity of the delivery process.
Duties & Customs
Orders shipped to the following countries are not subject to import duties: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, European Union member states, Australia, Switzerland, Norway, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates (including Dubai and Abu Dhabi), Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Israel, and Indonesia.

In the United States, most orders ship domestically and shipping is free. However, due to high demand, some orders may ship with free shipping from abroad — depending on stock availability and logistics — and will be free of all import duties. If any unexpected customs fees arise (such as import duties), they will be refunded, even if they should not have been incurred.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?
An order confirmation email containing your order details will be sent within a few hours of purchase. A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of your order being shipped. Please add hello@lescoltonglobal.com to your address book to ensure receiving order details.
What is your return and warranty policy?
Terms & Conditions: Elōs Me®
1. Warranty & Returns
6-Year Limited Warranty: Elōs Me® products purchased directly from our official online store are covered by a 6-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects or mechanical issues. Products purchased through third-party platforms or unauthorized sellers are not covered. Under this warranty, Elōs Me® will cover all shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement of the unit.
5-Month Satisfaction Guarantee (Used Products): This is a Results-Based Satisfaction Guarantee. If you have used the device as directed for a minimum of 90 days and are not satisfied with the results, you may request a return. This guarantee expires 5 months after delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund.
30-Day Return Policy (Unused Products): If you change your mind, you may return your Elōs Me® product within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please note that for returns due to withdrawal or change of mind, the original shipping costs incurred by Elōs Me® will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds: Processed within up to 10 business days after the item has been received and inspected.
RMA Process: All returns must follow the official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process by contacting hello@elosme.com. Returns sent without an official RMA number and specific shipping instructions will not be accepted.
Third-Party Purchases (Refund Requests)
If you’ve purchased your Elos Me & Lescolton product(s) through a source other than www.lescoltonglobal.com and you’re seeking a refund, you’ll need to coordinate the return/refund with that source in accordance with their product return policy. Most retailers have their own return policies, so it’s important to review the source’s refund/return policy before making your purchase decision.
